Lips and Tongue....help

I have had sinus pressure for the past week or two, now the last couple days I have noticed that my lips and tongue(mainly the tongue) have a burning sensation. The only thing that looks weird on my tongue is I have raised bumps all the way in the back on my tongue and my tongue is covered in white...can anyone tell me if this has anything to do with sinuses? Or is it something I should worry about? Please someone?

I have had this before and i asked my dentist about it. Apparently there is a condition called burning mouth syndrome where it feels like your mouth is or has been burnt, like when you eat something too hot and it leaves it feeling abit tender. Mine went away but it can last for quite a while. As for the bumps they are supposed to be there and the white, it is probably plaque build up but you could check with a pharmasist as it might be thrush which is easily treatable x
