Hello I am new to nmp and think the site seems really nice from what i have looked at, I have struggled with pnd for 4 yrs plus and have recently started with anxiety and panics, its really scary to feel so out of control and no one seems to really understand what it feels like. I hope some of you will chat, thanks.
