today is just going wrong

today as been a very bad day
all day iv convinced my self iv picked up and vomiting bug
and tonight im really panicking
im so scared im going to be
i havent spoke all day my partner is very worried about all this he thought i was getting better he cought me trying to hurt my self again
were just stuck and dont no what to do any more
i feel like my life is not worth living any more

why haven't you talked to your partner?
you can't hide your feelings forever, so it might good to let him support you and help you?
you want to live, you just don't like living with all the pain, anxiety and phobias,
but with the proper help, motivation and therapy you can get better.
maybe make a plan, list all the things you can try to do so you can get better.
