Death be not proud, though some have called thee mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so.....
Would any of you like to meet up in York before October?
I realise that it's a long way for you to travel but I just thought I'd ask as I'd like to meet up with other members and I won't be starting a new thread again.
Hope you do get a meet up arranged, where ever it will be.

HI.
im in leeds, ive tried a few times to organise something to meet up, but if anyone fancies im up for it. Agree there are no groups to speak of and those that are during the day are no good as i work full time.
I think the thing is if you wanted to try relaxation or something similar you could go for massage, reiki, or meditation as i think they all would help us.
i usually ring no panic for support not a local group, and they have been brilliant every time and have kept my sanity!
hope your okay
jools
I'm from Brighouse, work full time so unable to attend the support groups through the day. I'd love to meet some new people who would accept me for who I am - but as a sufferer from SA, its bloomin tricky..
Take care all,
Chris
