what politics could prevent you from having a longterm cpn? dont think i can have one, i had been referred from short term one but pshychiatrist spoke to them saying about politics stopping it or something? but my short term cpn questioned about it saying self harm should be enough???
im worried now that ill be left without help of a cpn

Politics? Do you mean government politics? I don't know how that would have an effect on community pracitce nurse care unless your local health authority is suffering from budget cuts?
