Heart Pains after tests

Two days ago I went for tests to find out about my chest flutter. well I had an echocardiogram, a sonogram of my heart and a stress test. well since then i've had a pain in my chest. The pain is on both sides. It feels as if though someone was pushing on it follow ed by an achy feeling. My breasts feel kind of sore as well, and I have back pain. Is it possible that it is all due to anxiety? even the flutters ( started gatting them a few weeks ago) ...if you have any advice or stories please share them...thanks

Sorry to hear thet you are not so well at the moment.

I too get heart flutters and as horrible and scary as they are I know that they are due to anxiety. They happen to me when I least expect them and they scare the life out of me.
I try to concentrate on my breathing when it happens to me and even though it takes time, they do subside.
By worrying about it used to make it worse for me.

Hi Shannon,

I have not experienced this but I think Chucklehound is right.

You are probably worried about the whole thing which makes your anxiety worse - bringing with it new symptoms.

If you are very concerned you could always go back to the Drs but there have been many posts on this site about people who have done that and all the doctor has said is that its anxiety related.

I wish I could say something more useful, maybe do something to take your mind of it. Hope you feel a little better soon.

I would definatley put these down to anxiety, flutters are a big anxiety symptom, and so are chest pains.

I think we've all had the chest pains at some point. It really is just caused by anxiety!!

i to had all the tests done eck , stress test and everything was normal and my chest pains are all down to anxiet and stress i still get the chest pains mostly everyday

i would try not to worry
