    Good thoughts helped

    Hi,
just come home from work. its just after midnight. im completly shattered but atleast i had i good night. on my way to work i kept thinking " im gonna have a good night and im not gonna let this thing bring me down" and what do you know it worked!!!!!
i ended up having a laugh at work not giving panic a thought. it might not work everytime but i guess all you can do is take one day at a time.
at least it some good news.
thank you all for your support!!!!

I started telling my self basicly the same sort of line's a fue year's ago and it had a big impact on the way I reacted to everything. There is POWER in positive thinking even if in the begining you quiete sure you beleive what your telling your self. The more you trust what you tell your self as well looking for the positive in everything you are faced with.

I'm not over all my fear's fully but I'm getting there. I've come a long way with little support and a lot of chanlenge's. I'm learning to face my fear's one at at time and I have a fue big one's that impact my thinking and the way I see the world in a BIG way which I am still stuggling to let go of and put in to perspective. I know I will get there and so will you.

Keep up the positive thinking and i find also that even changing all negative word's has help me to alot's. See the glass as half full not half empty kind of thinking is a far better way to view the world it help sopport all the progress you make and give's you more mental strenght the face the next chanlenge. I found it easier to remember to talk positive by putting up positive message's on the wall at home that way when your negaitive thought overwhelmed me i could just read the positive thought to my self.

    Well Done keep it up.

Fantastic - You must feel sooooooooooo pleased with yourself.

Positive thinking and all that - You have shown yourself, just how strong you are!

I smiled at mum2four's comment 'see the glass as half full not half empty' That has been said to me alot recently - so for you your glass is definately half full today!

Hope you have a good day.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
