Yes, its normal to have that thought fleet in and out and to question yourself.
The challenge and goal is to dispel that thought thread using logic and CBT techniques.
Obviously, I'm not aware of what it is you particularly are thinking about BUT the fact that you are questioning it is enough for me to predict that it's not correct and it's just your anxiety head talking here.

and my thoughts are mostly about my relationship...thoughts that question my feelings about my current boyfriend.
like..."are you over your ex" "do u even like this guy because u dont seem all gitty"....its ruining me because i just wanna enjoy the relationship.
