i get them too hun its prob excess stomach acid caused by anxiety! u need to try and relax try and drink pepparmint tea coz i find that helps me. also distract urself watch a dvd or listen to ur fave music and give urself sumthing else to concentrate on. if u still have pains 2mor see id ur gp. hope ur okay x
