Was very glad to find this site and it's helped me enormously with my anxiety. Like many others, it's comforting to find that I'm not alone in my worries. I've suffered from anxiety since I was a child, though did manage to get it under control for quite a few years as an adult. Now it's back and has been governing my life. This site helps to get it under control.
