lower back abdominal pain

Hi guys its been a while, last 3 nights days i have noticed pain but worse at night in bed keeps me awake, I had a kidney stone some 6months ago, but this feels the same just not as cripling as that was, but still very discomforting, feels like something is pushing in there up against something feeling, even when i breath deep breath it hurts, shall i see if it goes away or go to ER or go to GP?, i googled a few symptoms like pain hurts when laughing etc and now i found pancreatis too, hopefully it snothing serious but that attack of kidney stone left me with no real rush to the ER again i hated it there, loads ppl and machines. Anxiety stops me from seeking help unless i am literatly doubled over so it overides any anxiety Thanks OZ

Sounds like you need a new bed to me. I had lower back pain recently and had to change my bed and matress and that has helped.

thanks for the reply its a little better today maybe it is , i brought mattress 2yrs ago its softer than my old one hard, hmmmmm i will play it by ear maybe its lifes aches and pains too thanks...i will try not to panic OZ

edit turns out it was pluracy GP came over damn now i gotta take horse pills
