    Cipralex causing Panic attacks when neva used too

    Ive taken Cipralex in the past - about a year ago and had no problems. I have just started to take again, but this time I have the worst panic attacks after taking - I also find it hard to sleep. When I previously took - I could sleep fine.


    Can any1 advise if this is normal?

    Also what can I take to calm me whilst on Cipralex - Omega 3, valerian?
