Blood pressure reading?

Hi,

Had mine taken today and it read 125/96.

I heard that if the bottom range higher than 89 then im pre-hypertensive?

Is this correct and should i be worried or is this a normal reading.

Im 35, non smoker, hardly drink, a healthy(ish) weight, but do suffer from GAD...esp health anxiety.

That is fine, especially if you suffer with anxiety, just keep an eye once a month! Remember everyone is different not a statistic xx

my blood pressure today was 170/90 i get serious white coat syndrome so dont worry. I have a monitor at home and check myself once a week and its normally 126/82 so nothing to worry about
