    Fast heart rate

    Hiya
Im sorry i know im repeating a Q but i really do think theres something wrong with me.
My heart rate is really fast and has been for the last 12 days or so.I also can feel it beating in my stomach.
    I feel dizzy and exhausted.
What is a dangerously high heart rate? What could be wrong with me?
Im sorry,im just sooo scared.I have a supposedly benign heart murmur, but im finding it hard to believe its not something sinister.

    Hunny,

This really is normal. It just seems to you like it;s happening more and more because you're aware of it and looking out for it..

Hi Hunny, I have recently experienced this, I was not convinced it was anxiety at the time so GP did tests, it is anxiety and whilst it is very fast she said it will no harm short term, Love Alexis,x

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

    Hunny,
It's normal for your breathing to affect your heart rate, mine speeds up when I breathe in sometimes. My gp listened to my heart and said when I'm anxious my heart responds to my breathing.
192 would be way too high if you were resting, but during exercise it may be ok.
100 is nothing to worry about if you're anxious. My gp and cardiologist told me to worry if mine went above 120 and stayed there without coming down at all.
