The people in my village are kind, good folk,but not so bright.
Three of them, good mates were caught on a sand bank at high tide and were in danger of being swept out to sea and drowned.
They feared the worse until they saw a Genie lamp on the sand.
The writing on it said "You have three wishes"
Fred picked up the lamp,rubbed it and said "I wish I were back with my family on dry land"
And magically he found himself back with his family.
Tom picked up the lamp, rubbed it and said "I wish I were back on dry land with my family too"
And magically he found himself back with his family.
Old Jed was alone on the sand bank now, so he picked up the lamp,rubbed it, and said "I'm really lonely,I wish my mates were here with me now"
