I think Sue is right, maybe i have IBS really been to toilet 3 times but still feel not ok yet, still feel like need to go again , and it's not diareha, its a bit of consitpation and need to go again and agian.

can i know can IBS causing me to feel dizzy, giddy, light headed? and heart beating so fast. ? thanks.

I have bouts of IBS Alba .A lot of people who are anxious tend to have it from time to time .It can make you feel dizzy and sick and generally unwell .This is also made worse by the extra anxiety it can cause The adrelanine that is released when you are anxious ,also makes you feel dizzy and sick .I replied to your other post about what you need to do about it .It is not serious and can be treated with a combination of diet ,relaxation and something to relieve the muscle spasms in the bowel;ie Mebeverine ,or Buscopan.Peppermint tea can also help .Take care Sue x
