    Just found you.

As a regular Twitter user, I'd recommend you put something in your status, as I'm more than happy to try and get you more followers (i have 1, 188 myself - god knows how) But the problem is many will not follow unless you show you are a real person as such, as Twitter is plagued by spammers and porn.

I don't really know how to use it lol. Alex just sent me up an account.

What do you mean "in my status?"

Re: No More Panic on Twitter

Sorry, I was getting mixed up with Facebook. I meant as in say something (twittering) as in where you speak.

Also many people do searchs for friends that they want to be friends with. So if you put anxiety/panic in a first post you may well find that people will find you if they are searching for help.

When I mention gardening I get followers who are connected with gardening ! I mentioned tea the other day, and before I knew it I had tea people following. It is a very good source for forums like yourself, and I know of many charities especially the smaller ones that use twitter to advertise their plight etc.

On a Friday, it's called Follow Friday where you tell people who you recommend. This is the day that you will get the most followers. So keep writing your tweets each day so the other tweeters know you are active. Then you will get many people recommending you to otheres and before you know it you will have a huge following It takes a while to get to grips with but once you do you will love it
