    Move went well

The house move went well for me, managed to drag myself round Ikea three times. Still haven't got everything done yet though.

Managed to take my mind completely off the anxiety for a couple of hours doing the house and decorating etc.

Had a crap day today, been dizzy most of the day and panicky, had a headache all day, hard to cope with.

3 good days and a bad day is better than 4 bad days. I'll write today off.

I'm loving the location, 30 seconds from the pub, a min from the supermarket. Hopefully my health will improve.

    Keep you posted.

    Mark

It'll come. You could just go........you may surprise yourself.

If you get really panicky just lie on the beds and pretend your interested in buying a mattress.
