I'm 48 married lady 2 kids 2 grandkids. I suffer from general anxiety/panic but mainly about health and social.I do work full time but I don't have many mates cos I exclude myself (I think)cos of the way I am.

hi annie, im happy to swap email addys, i have also alienated most of my friends following a really bad patch, is it allowed to put my email addy on here?? no, just read top of page, it says we need to swap addys by PM and i have no idea how to do that, so if you can PM me we can swap addys that way, and if you could tell me how to PM for future refernce that would be great
