hi everyone.

i think im on the up too. This last week or two ive been feeling much better. I slept round my friends on saturday and this little boy was there and drink splurted out his mouth but i thought it was sick, so i ran up stairs to stop myself from panicing but i didnt panic so i came straight down again. i Havent even paniced when someone said they feel sick. im so excited that i think i might be getting better, but my others fears are there so they might go soon.

im keeping my fingers crossed for all of you

hi everyone.

i was watching 'cosmetic kids' just now and a little girl had her ears pinned back. as i was watching her have her bandages off she threw up and i DIDNT panic! i only got hot and that went in about a minute but there was no panic or anything. im so pleased im on the up.

thought id let all of you know.
