Hi All

Does anyone have any experience of taking Omega 3 and does it work for depression.

What was the outcome fom the horizon programme.

I started it 2 days ago but got severe headaches, think it was to do with increased blood flow. If anyone has takem it does this go away amd does it help.

Hi nicola,

yes i take them and seem to be fine....have done for a few months now.

First Anxiety...then panic attacks...now GAD and depression...now working on a better future!
