In the last week I did a presentation for 34 people, nerve wracking to start with but got better. I wasn't very prepared and got thrown in at the deep end but I stuck it out and got there.

I did another with 15 people and I started off a bit nervous but once I got past the first minute I was in full flow, a good result I just need to work on the initial nerves which I know not to dwell too much on its just a matter of building up confidence and not being afraid!

I've got another on Monday and I don't feel worried at all about that one.

My anxiety can still be strong at times but just relaxing and re-assuring myself has got me through it.
