Tension headaches

Hi my doctor says im suffering from tension headaches has anyone had these and can they tell me how they feel. Really scared cos thinking ive got something bad been having them couple of weeks now.

If it's any help I suffer from these and replied to a thread that was started about tension headaches yesterday.

hi i get theses all the time, sometimes it feels like my brains being crushed. My gp told me to try and realax!!!!!!!!

I had a talk with my doctor today about this very subject, She said tenshion headaches usually surround the back and lower back sides , and sinus headache is usally on top and frontal and blood pressure headaces were usually in the sides of the temple area. I get the ones mostly on top and in the back of my head really bad. I have had many but of lately.
