i already have one of pauls books, called, CONTROLL STRESS. STOP WORRYING AND FEEL GOOD NOW! ive been using this 2x daily and yes it does work, retrains the brain so we controll our thoughts...got it at tesco £6.

bloody hell bought that book yeaterday!!! Does the mail version contain the cd though? The cd is essential part of the book...Anyone interested wh smiths for just over a fiver!!

I bought the book too after hearing about it on This Morning. I was getting myself stressed out about a meeting I had on Thurs afternoon, palpitations, muscle spasms etc, so I listened to the CD and felt much better. I'm listening to it every day now and I think it's helping, along with all the other things I'm doing and trying my best to keep positive. For 6 quid it's def worth a try.
