Im Tilly, 31 live in UK and Im very annoyed with myself. I started having panic attacks approx 9 years ago. This went on for about 4 years and after joining "NoPanic" and taking Seroxat I finally sorted myself out.But now its back. I will beat this again, Ive done it before!
So glad I found this site and look forward to chatting to you all

Welcome to the site - this site has helped me a great deal in 'recovering' from panic/anxiety and i'm sure you'll get loads of advise and info on how to control panic.

Hi Tilly,
Before you get annoyed , take time to figure out why your panic has returned, work towards resolving that, then take the panic to task with as much annoyance as you can muster.
