Hi all,

I am just about to finish my counselling, which is a great sign to show how I am feeling at this point in time. Over the last couple of days I have been thinking of long term acheivable aims/goals to aid me to live a fuller life with joy, happiness and positiveness, I am focussing on my aims, with my family, at home and with work and with myself personally! With this I am trying to create a better life for myself as this is a short life and we need to make the best of every minute otherwise everything will go by in a blink!

Has anybody adapted to setting life goals out? What has been your ultimate goal and do you think you are acheiving them?
