Hi
Im on Fluoxatine always take mine at breakfast time
only been on them around 3 months but they seem to work fine
yesterday is in the past.... Tomorrow is in the future... Today is a gift, thats why they call it the present x
I was told to take them in the morning as they can be a stimulant and keep you awake. I take mine at breakfast or latest at lunch time.
Jo
Yep, my GP said take them in the morning with breakfast as they will make falling asleep difficult at night.
I'm not on prozac, but I actually thinking of swapping when I take my ADs from morn to night, I take them 9am but only seem to get the positives come 7/8pm in the eve. I'm think if switch to night I should wake the ADs at peak in the blood.
[Worrying won't protect - it doesn't help and can only make worse. Short term relief of anxiety by google etc doesn't help in the long run and the fact your acting on it only makes worse - let it pass over you
"Rem it kicks in at the unconscious level, thats why, triggers are the cause, remeber the anxiety is like the adrenal system kicking in fight or flight for what you think is no reason, the unconscious is the part that fires this responce"]
Yep, with breakfast is best for me so they keep you awake in the day and allow you to sleep at night
take mine in the morning, seems to work best.
