looking to make new friends

Hi ive been on and off this site for a few years, when i 1st came upon nmp it was a new experience 4me to make friends with people who i could trust and talk to and relate with, friends like that are pretty rare 2bh in day to day life.

ive suffered anxiety and depression mainly for quite a few years since i was about 16 and had the odd panic, i know the worst behind me but its taken alot of work, so it would be great to hear from any1 whos in the same sort of place as me and who likes to chat as much as i do lol
i dont use msn that much i mainly write emails but dont mind IM its np.
