iv had panic attacks for 5 months, 5,4 or 3 times a week but i havent had any treatment, at least we know what each others goin throw

firstly cool name lol
nice to see you in the chat room last night.
just like to say my panics were triggered by a similar thing- palpitations. I thought I would keel over at any time as well, but I got so fed up with no quality of life that i thought if Im gonna go Im gonna go having fun. lol and surprise, surprise,i hardly get them now except when im stressed but hey thats normal . once you start to treat the pains with the contempt they deserve you will find they will go on their own and as everyone has said you are not on your own any more we DO understand. bluebird 1 (lyn)
