well i finished my councilling on wednesday on im on my own with it now and mon, tues, wednes felt awful because i was scared of how ill cope. I had a pain in my calf and half convinced myself it was a dvt (lol) it was just a muscle as i had walked alot on holiday and iv got a cold. I managed to reason with myself and didnt going running to g.p. Today was a big test for me i decided to go into sainsburys and get some shopping which i havnt done on my own for 16 months. I got a small trolley and decided what i was going to get before i went. Yes i felt a bit dizzy at times but just kept telling myself id be fine and i managed it. I am so pleased that one was a real big issue for me and i feel on top of the world. My husband rang me just when i was coming out and i said im just coming out of sainsburys i have done some shopping. He couldnt believe it. I am winning this now and i just want to tell people hang in there. There is light at the end of the tunnel and you will get there but it takes time. I hope this gives some of you hope to keep fighting
