Hi! Update. I have moved and feel so stressed and tired. My parents have stressed me out big style, and have no grasp on how depression makes you need your space, and treat me like I'm stupid, and really patronise me.

Have u tried talking to them at all?

I feel like that sometimes like i just want to be alone in a quiet room...just try walking away sometimes?

First Anxiety...then panic attacks...now GAD and depression...now working on a better future!
