illogical fear driving me mad!

I was reading a book on shamansim for a essay question and i started getting reading really scared of being possessed like in the exorcist i know this sounds crazy and stupid but i can't stop worrying, crying or thinking about it. i don't know what to do.. i think ths worry occcurred when i was younger and watching te exorcist but i just pushed it out of my mind

This is classic anxiety...people thinking they are going to go mad because they saw something about madness on t.v is another example,very common with people who suffer with fears.
