Hi, I have been suffering from anxiety on and off for the last 6 years. Having a bad spell at the moment and found this website and some helpful comments. I'm hoping to gain some encouragement from others and somewhere to reassure myself that my thoughts are anxiety and just that.

Thanks for the encouraging words. Have been to see my GP today and he is going to refer me to a pychiatrist and perhaps CBT.
