Don't seem to be able to find the tag link for creating new threads and also don't seem to be getting any response from my original introduction apart from the administrator - is there anyone out there??

To create a new thread, click on FORUM on the menu in the left hand side, scroll down to the right forum that you want, ie: panic attacks or medication etc click on it, then go to the top of the page and click on it where it says new thread, give it a title and then just type.

Hey thanks guys - didn't get your reply Marc or perhaps I did but haven't found it yet - perhaps I do have a phobia - techno!! Will keep in touch got to get back to work now :(
