swallowing choking tickling sensations

i get strange sensations in my throat sometimes in my neck like the only way to describe it is like a shooting tickling sensation that goes downwards which feels a bit like butterflies don t know if anyone else has experienced this but this often puts me on edge,sometimes i feel my heart beat in my neck also and it feels out of beat sometimes,other times i may get palps for a few seconds,ihave had ecgs and my gp insists im ok

Sounds line palputations which are quite common for anxiety sufferers
i have the same thing feel like a heartbeat in my throat somtimes with a wave of anxiety, had them for years and doc assures me they are nothing to worry about, i have found the more i ignore them the less frequent they get

I had this fear back in 1995. This was horrible took me forever to eat anything. I took frequent sips through the meal. This really helped me. The fear did come to pass wish the same luck to you.
