I woke up this morning feeling very dizzy, it laste for about 3 hours befor it passed. I did go to the doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong. Was the first good nights sleep I had in ages ( i ahve a young baby) Now I'm affriad to go to sleep in case i don't wake up again.

If you say its the first good night sleep you had in ages, I would imagine you slept for a long time? so maybe cos your not used to laying for such a long time, so when you get out of bed you feel dizzy for a while.
