Hey,

Well I guess I better introduce myself.

I'm 30 and have suffered from anxiety and depression since I was 17, but most likely before that. It was triggered by an accident which stopped my tennis career and I spiralled into alcoholism, which promptly messed up my stomach leaving me on meds for the rest of my life.

I've been sober for 7 years, 9 months and five days as of today, but on Monday I finally went and sought treatment for depression from my GP.

So that's me. oh BTW, I'm not Evil, I hate Rhum and I hate Henry's Cat. (younger readers may have to google that last bit)
