Does sex help!?

Ok ok so i aint been there for a while (least am honest). Combination of anxiety, depression and citalopram! Oh and being single dont help! Fact is i heard so much on the benefits of excercise and according to paul mckenna excercise, sex and laughing all release happy chemicals in the brain so what better than to combine the three (tho not sure about the laffing bit!). Come on dont be shy!

I've heard the laughing and exercise ones before! As for sex... it definitely can't hurt so I say try it... A LOT!
I have to say tho that if I started laughing during sex I think the hubby might get a little upset and cut me off completely!!
