    LEPICOL

    Hi does anyone here take lepicol for there bowel's.If so how do you find it,does it help?

    I used it for a while and it did help regulate, but I found it pretty difficult to get down, mainly as it doesn't mix particularly well with water but there's no other way to take it. It's also pretty expensive as a long-term thing, so I gave up on it. Nowadays I find plenty of fruit and veg and plenty of water to drink are equally effective.

    Thanks mudskipper,I tried a trial packet in water it wasnt very nice at all to get down,so the next one I had in orange juice.

    I suppose orange juice could make it a bit more palatable, but there's still the expense to consider. I found that upping my fruit and veg intake was equally effective. I also analysed exactly how much I was actually drinking everyday and it turned out to be far less than I thought. I now make the effort to drink a lot more each day, mainly just water, and that helps a lot.
