Bach Rescue Remedy

I tried this today for the first time (the spray) and it had an instant effect on me and took away my feeling of panic. I would recommend anybody to give it a go.

Do you think the spray is better than the drops as I feel that they don't really help a lot but would love something that give instant releif from panic.

try rock rose bach flower remedy...made for times of panic x

I have been using the Bach flower remedies for years, especially Rescue Remedy, which I always have with me.

It does help me, although in my experience it often takes a little while to have any effect.

Hey all,

I bought some rescue rememdy and it was delivered on yesterday, I was dubious as to whether it may help, but later in the afternoon I started to have a mild panic, I reached for the remedy spray and sprayed twice on my tongue. It did make me cough :-) but hey-ho small price to pay as after 10 mins or so I started to feel a little more relaxed which in turn helped me get focused on normal breathing.

Not sure if it was the remedy or not, but anything that helps me cope a little better, is good in my book.

Just want to say thanks to NMP for getting my order sent out quickly and offering me an alternative to getting medication to cope.
