    hi jade

im 14, and i have panic attacks at sch too (alwell as at home), my friends support me, but there's always some-one who doesn't know what's happening, and I have to go through and explain it all again, now i just don't bother. I've only been having them for around 3months, but i know what you mean.
I feel so alone sometimes, because no-one else (at sch) has them, and they don't know what it's like. I'm already learning how to cope, I hope you do too. I know it's hard, but you just have to try to get through it.

    hi jade,

im 14, and suffer from panic attacks at sch too (aswell as at home), I've only been having them for about 3moths, but I know what you mean. My friends are very supportive but they don't really know whats happening. No-one else at sch has them, so people ask about it all the time, there's always some-one who doesn't know, now I just don't say anything. I'm already learning how to cope with them, and i hope you will too, I know it's hard but we're all here for each-other.

    Hi Jade

Sounds familiar as i have been re exrayed and finger is not broken but have torn all the tendons and apparently this will take about 8 weeks to heal. So what is up with your finger?

And i see your new ending to your posts, not single anymore, so you will have to tell more.

You sound like you are really happy at the moment and that is great, best of luck and keep smiling.

    Take care.

    Love Sal xx

Dont mess up the best things in your life, just because at present you are unsure who you are.
