Citalopram

Hello everyone day 10 of taking citalopram, for the past few days i have been feeling soooo much better from feeling horrid since taking it., not sure if that has to do with the 2mgs diazpam i have been taking temperarely till the citalopram kicks in. Well today i am experiencing feeling really hot in the face and a little sick again. How can side affects come back sooooo upset?

im on day 9 and i felt ok day 6 but now im feeling dreadful think we need to give thm more time to work
