Anyone from Hull/ east yorks?

Hi everyone
not ben on here for a while, but lately have ben feeling crap again :( anyone from hull or surrounding areas who knows of a support group! i really want to overcome this anxiety/panic but dont know where to start. please help!

Hello Sherrie

There will be places that can help you with anxiety in hull but you probably wont find them on google.

I found out there was a few in my town, only by going to my doctor and requesting help, he has referred me for CBT which starts next week and is supposed to be excellent for anxiety.

Ask your doctor for a referral.

thanks for that, i have had 20 weeks of cbt and it has been really good or me, i am just wanting to meet up with other likeminded people to share ideas and getthrough it together

Im sure you will meet lots of lovely people on here, there is a pen pal section at the bottom where you can exchange email addresses etc, good luck and take care xx
