Slipping back into depression

I suffered from depression when i was 16 and thought I'd left it behind. Now with all this anxiety I think it's slipping back.

I'm petrified I'm gonna lose control and kill myself :( I would never contemplate suicide cos death terrifies me but I'm so scared I'll lose control and do it.

I can't stop crying and all I do is sleep at the moment, i've started missing a lot of school again and I really don't know what to do. I can'y cope with anxiety and depression and depersonalisation all at once.

I just wanna feel real :(

Hi Soph,

I once felt like that and my doctor said "people who want to kill themselves don't worry about it first".

Forget about it its just another focus for anxiety and will move on the same way as lots of these anxious thoughts do.

What are you studying at college at the mo hun??
