Hi Guys, too much time on my hands at the moment causing me problems.
Went out to the Theatre last night, I had flashbacks of things that happened in the past, previous relationship of over 20 years ago, feelings of panic and sadness.

Too much time is always bad news but theres only so much DIY etc a person can do!!!
Maybe a hobby or some voluntry work till you get another job???
