Hi there
I have also had horrible thoughts about religion. I was brought up in a quite strict religion with strict rules and teachings. I decided at 17 that it wasnt for me and i left the religion which was a very difficult time. My mum told me to leave home so i did.
I was having very scary thoughts about you know who and i thought i was going to be possesed. Irational as this was i was very scared and this i think is haw my panic attactks started. I know where you are coming from this is a very scary thing to deal with. I lernt to deal withthis but sadly i still have panic attacks (but not to do with the religion). I just had to remember that I am putting these thoughts in to my mind, i can get them out. so you could say I know how disturbing and horrible this can be. If you need to talk perhaps I can help
