    at last overcome a fear

    for the last 2 years since i started with anxiety ..my biggest fear was having a bath,i have a shower everyday in and out ,but before getting this, i loved soaking in a soapy bath ,,with candles yoy know pampering myself,but once i started with anxiety ,i was terrified, but today i had been to a football match ,,felt cold and wet, so i didn't think about it just ran a bath and got in ,,oh how lovely it was ,you may think why she telling us she has had a bath .,well i have realised to overcome a fear we have to face it head on, and i did and was ,,FINE,,,,thought i would share with you ,,going to buy some fancy bath oil cant wait till tomorrow lol thanks for reading my post

    well done. I used to be too scared to have a bath without my husband being there but once i faced it and got used to it i love a nice peacfull bath on my own

    Well done for tackling your fear Gypsy woman. I can relate to this as I have a phobia about washing my hair and having a bath when my anxiety is at its worst. I have never been able to put my finger on it though.
