    Doctors tomorrow..new meds?

    Hello All,

I have been on and off Citalopram for about 6 years now..normally 20mg but been uped to 30mg a few months ago! I just find that they are not working at all now! I have anxiety all the time and my panic attacks are A LOT more frequent and its driving me crazy!!

Just wondered if you had any recommendations on what I can say to the doctor tomorrow because she has never even mentioned changing meds as these ones might have worn out now which has been mentioned to me once by someone on NMP chat a while ago.

Any advice? Want to get back to my normal self!

    Thanks
    Candy x

I suggest you look up all drugs for yourself to know what they do to your body and your mind. and don't take anything that you don't want to take.. you may be suffering but you still can decide what you want to take and don't take as far as medication is concerned. Look up drugs here on the forums or in a google search. Don't let the doctors talk you into doing anything you don't want to do.
