hi im sandra an i 41 , live in staffs .
ive just had 3 brilliant weeks , xmas shopped , bin out for drink , alsorts of things without much panic or anx . but ive come down with a bang this week , feel like s/.'. .
dizzy , panicing ,scared ,cry at the drop of a hat !! .
