    Meditation

    www.dhamma.org

    this is a meditation retreat.
i went for ten day meditation here and it has give me huge understanding why we feel the way we feel and how to overcome it.
you will also see that its not just people with anxiety that suffer you will see its really easy for anyone to fall into the trap of suffering.

and thought id leave everyone with abit inspiration:
Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we do. confucius

    Re: Meditation

the ten day vipassana (seeing things as they are) meditation course is run by donations from ppl who have completed ten day course but u dont have to if u are struggling financially. This course can be a benefit to all ppl if you persist through it . although i feel this should be one of the first things ppl shud try if they are suffering and shudnt be overlooked becos this gives u sum seriously help and understanding on the mind and body but if u not willing to put in the effort then u wont reap the benefits. and if u havent tried it then why not try it if nothing else has worked ?
i deeply hope ppl try this will benefit you so much
